Hi,

Have a look at migration tool Chyfo (www.ispirer.com/products) It can easy convert DBF files to CSV format. It also generates DDL scripts for Oracle (CREATE TABLE, CREATE INDEX and others). It generates CONTROL FILES for Oracle SQL Loader, so you can easy load data.
