I knew it ! I knew it ! When I readed original post I thought: after Sybrand will read this, he'll post one of his famous desupportation messages. And I was (of course) right. ;-) to Mr. Harald: I can give you only one answer, try yourself. If I recorded correctly, 8.0.5.0.0 had some serious bugs, so upgrade to 8.0.5.2.6 is obviously a good idea. I think that bitmap indexes then should work. Yes Sybrand is right and 8.1.7 is much better, but I can understand reasons for not upgrading right now.
