Hi all:

Oracle enterprise has been installed on my computer lately. I want to connect to a database which is on another network. If the physical address of the server is:

example.dhb.ca\access_prod

and the name of the server: ORA_MaintData

The startup form to load is MaintDb.frm (frm or fmx ?)

How do I set up Oracle to point toward the backend posted on ORA_MaintData

I am quite new in Oracle and confused. Can anybody clarify it for me a bit?

Thanks
