Yeah,
please stop making such hostile comments or learn 2 things about Oracle:
- you should read manuals
- you should post *sufficient* detail about your problem. You *never* posted your tnsnames.ora, listener.ora and sqlnet.ora, how do you expect the group to help you out? Do you expect anyone here has  a crystal ball.
If you are using DHCP for your database server that is just plain *stupid*.
