I'm using DHCP.  Do you really think I would be able to use JDBC, telnet, FTP,
or the web if I were having problems with my network?



According to the device manager, there are no conflicts.



Perhaps I should switch to a database I can use with support from the
community at large such as postgres or MySQL.
