Stop the service(s): oracleserviceXXXX & oraclestartXXXX. Then use
oradim73/80 to delete the service:
oradim73 -delete - ... (use oadim73 /help) to get the exact syntax.
Delete the database files (*.dbf, *.ctl etc.)
