I checked technet.oracle.com. Nobody seems to have succeeded in installing 9i on RH 7.0. In fact I read a post which says that oracle 9i kernel is compiled
on gilbc 2.2 and not 2.1 (RH 7). What is the truth? Any other pointers would
be appreciated.
