Re: what is ORA-32255 ? Not found in doc

This looks like a user generated ORA- message, i.e. if you write your own PL/SQL packages, you can raise ORA-nnnnn errors (above 20000 I think). Are you using a builtin Oracle package or some 3rd party/in house application?
