One thing to remember about that blank check. You might still be filling in
numbers for a large amount and end up still with no data! Getting one of
their support guys to use DUL is not 100% guaranteed!
Koert was right, start praying. I hope you are now putting steps in place to have a more robust backup and recovery strategy.
