Obviously a problem when the dbassist utility tries to create the database. You may get a more meaningful error message if you try to create the database by hand. You should be able to find the createseed.sh file which has the create script.

At the unix prompt.......
>svrmgrl

SVRMGR>connect internal
SVRMGR> startup nomount
.... see what happens.
