In practice, its not going to make any difference one way or the other because oracle will log changes to rollback segments regardless. If in theory, you were able to turn off logging of rollback segments, your database would most likely be completely unusuable in the event of an instance crash. Direct path table loads, index creates, and CTAS (create table as select) are the only operations where nologging ever comes into play.
