When using at the command line:

exp80 system/manager file=x log=x full=y

it seems to me that the dump is finished surprisingly quick.

I have serveral SIDs running. I cannot image that that could have been all.

It's just 8 MB and that's it.
Looking into \orant\databases I see

SYS1ORC0.ORA  80 MB
SYS1ORC1.ORA  80 MB
SYS1ORC2.ORA  114 MB

TMP1... USR1.. lots lots more
