You can do that by means of triggers.
With 'SQL' you probably mean the sql in sqlserver. Just FYI: the language in Oracle is SQL and is SQL92 compliant, as that standard has several levels. Most vendors including Oracle only implemented the lowest level of standardisation: Sybase and Microsoft didn't.
