Hi,

I try to install Oracle 8.0.5 on a AIX 4.3 box.

with root I run:
# rootpre.sh
it adds two lines in /etc/inittab

with oracle I do:
$ cd /cdrom/orainst
$ ./orainst /c
it is a script and it doesn't work because it tests the file /etc/pw-syscall4.1
and I only have a file named /etc/pw-syscall ...

What I have to do ?
rename the file /etc/pw-syscall to /etc/pw-syscall4.1 ????
