The Problem is clean

With chown i have no all uid anf gid find and chanched

With the command
from Audun "usermod"
and then

find / -uid xx -print >/tmp/oracleuid.xx find / -gid xx -print >/tmp/oraclegid.xx cat /tmp/oracleuid.xx |xargs chown oracle cat /tmp/oraclegid.xx |xargs chgrp oinstall

was the Problem clean
