Hi Minesh

You may want to consider a real-time CTF tool like DataMirror Transformation Server. It pushes and transforms the data, but does this continuously from the sources to the targets (in this case, the data warehouse) in real-time as inserts, updates, and deletes occur. That said, Transformation Server natively supports DB2 UDB on OS/390 (among other databases/platforms including Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase on OS/390, UNIX, Linux, AS/400, NT ...).
