There is likely something wrong with either your /vol2 file system, or one of the file systems which your Oracle database is using.

01114, 00000, "IO error writing block to file %s (block # %s)" // *Cause: Device on which the file resides is probably offline // *Action: Restore access to the device

Check the mounts. Could be that a file system failed to mount, or failed fschk.
