It seems you didn't read all information in this thread which
obviously contains the answer for your question.



    
  
  1.   restore all the database files from the LAST cold backup (last
Sunday).
  
  2.   startup mount
  
  3.   recover database using backup controlfile;
  
  4.   ...
  
  5.   alter database open resetlog;
  
  6.   cold backup database IMMEDIATELY.
