Although academically in 8.0.5.x there is no file size limit, there actually are two.

The first is a data dictionary bug that can (but not necessarily will) cause corruption for files larger than 4G. It is fixed later, but play it safe.

THere is also a 2g file size limit wired into Imp/Exp that is supposed to be changed/upped in the later releases, but I haven't done that yet.
