I am running Oracle 8.1.7 on Windows 2000 Advanced Server. When I open a Terminal Services session to the database server, I cannot run any of the command line utilities.
For example, via a Terminal Services session to the db server I get the following output...

from an open command window from the server itself, everything works ok...
