Hi Ethan,

Tablespace quotas cannot be revoked once created. The best you can do is to reduce the quota to 0M.

Since the tablespace is dropped, you should not worry, unless some administrator re-creates the tablespace. For that sake, you should reduce the quota to 0M on the tablespace for all users, though is is actually dropped.
