Re: Cannot connect to ORACLE after changing IP address

You may already have checked this but if you are using service names rather than SIDs, then see if the domain changed when you moved to a new IP address. If it did you'd have to change your service names everywhere - init.ora, tnsnames.ora, sqlnet.ora, etc.
