Use the 8.1.5 export utility to get the data out of the 8.1.6 database. You will need to run the 8.1.5 export catalog script on the 8.1.6 database
before, otherwise you will get strange EXP errors... You'll have to get the original dictionnary tables back after by running the 8.1.6 export catalog creatioin script.
