  I'm sure that my materilized view is ok. Particularly I can execute the same select withot any error message
Moreover I've refreshed this view by DBMS_REFRESH.REFRESH (..) procedure. So I think that
DBMS_MVIEW.REFRESH (..) procedure I've used before hase some misfunctions
