Re: diff bewteen 8i and 9i?

I don't think the purpose of Oracle newsgroups is to repeat info available from the Oracle website.
If you would have tried to read it, you would have noticed that 9iAS is their *application server*.
I'm not going to explain the difference between an application server and a database server here.
