Secondly: If my employer could locate the copies for manuals discussed then I would have read them cover to cover (that's just the type of guy I am).

Thirdly: I spent 3 hours reading web sites after having spent a frustrating hour trying to find what I needed on the Oracle web site (constant time outs didn't help :( )

Fourthly: I LOVE IT!!!! Serioursly wittie and humourouse (even if I can't spell them!!! :) May be I should see the light and leave the dark side for the humour of Oraclites?
