Hi all,
I looking to integrate active directory and oracle portal for LDAP authentication and I'm doing some preliminary research. The two things I would like to determine are what I should define the search base as? I think it should be cn=Users,dn=mydomain. Do I need to include the domain information or do I just need cn=Users?

The other thing I'm trying to figure out is what I should use as the unique attribute. I've seen it suggested that using "sAMAccountName" is a good idea, does anyone have an opinion on this?

Thanks
