The thing about Wiki is that the page is editable. You click "Edit this page" or whatever the button says, and up pops the text for editing.

The way one creates a link is with Capitalized words. ie, RollbackSegments would then, upon saving, show a link to a page called RollbackSegments and there would be nothing on it, but then, others would go there and add stuff.

There are a whole bunch of different Wiki formats as well, history, newest stuff, ... Not sure if it is integratable with email or newsgroups though.
