Hot to move portal from one server to another?

I used to have my portal and database both up running on server A. I just moved the database(including portal schemas) to server B and am planning to have portal running on server B as well. Can I have the portal/apache on server B simply point to the database on server B? And how to do that? That is, from http://serverA.company.com:7777 to http://serverB.company.com:7777
I have already moved the entire instance so I am hoping I don't need to do export/import of portal schema.

I have 9i application server portal 3.08 and RDBMS 8.1.7 running on Sun Solaris 2.7. Thanks.
