If you found a very good comparison then let all of us know. Your question is a good one. It is a difficult question to answer. It is hard to find good comparison papres in public domain. Your question comes up all the time and will be asked again and again in the next few years since for enterprise class databases the field has been narrowed down to the two players IBM and Oracle.
A good place to start is to define what you want the database to do best, what features are important, what type of applications should the database support, what is important to the CIO or the managers who are making the buy decision.
This is a good approach to narrow down the question and focus on what is really important to your project and yur organization.
