The question you pose does not have a frame of reference. Specifically, what you are trying to accomplish or why you are asking for

limitations.  As well, there is mild ambiguity - are you looking for
limits such as memory, disk space or performance or things you
can/cannot accomplish, especially in comparison to Standard Edition.

Assuming you are looking for the last, there is a decent discussion group on Oracle Lite on Technet - http://technet.oracle.com > Discussion Forums > 8iLite. A recent post to that discusses the differences between Lite and Standard - you can read that at http://technet.oracle.com:89/ubb/Forum1/HTML/004209.html - which paraphrases a Note from Metalink (Oracle's Support site).
