OEM 8.0.5 on Redhat 7.1 install problem

Hi

I am am getting the following error message when installing Oracle Enterprise 8.0.5 on Linux Redhat ver 7.1 (This was not copied and pasted but I wrote it out and typed it into this mail later on so excuse any typos in the below error message):

I am using the most recent glibc from redhat btw. Can anyone help?
