Looking for code conversions tools ..

Does anyone know of a code conversion tool from INGRES to ORACLE.
I'm looking for either a company that does this or a tool.



I have to convert forms,reports,BASIC,C,& 4GL to an Oracle platform.
I know of a company called Peacetower that will convert to VB and ODBC
backend (preferably OPEN ROAD).


 But I want to go to Oracle. Oracle has a tool but its not clean.



Hoping someone will know of another company or tool....
