Hi All,
I need help on recovery Data from Oracle DB on SUN Solaris. Recently, there are some problems with our Oracle DB. Here is the situation:
While we were batch inserting Data into Oracle DB, there was a core dump on the system that force to Oracle DB down. When I shutdowned the system and up again. The Oracle can be startup and can mount DB. But It cannot OPEN DB and got out of the script to Unix prompt. After that I checked the "alert.log" file and found out that there was "core dump" while the Oracle was trying to recover "redo log" file. Please help us. We need to bring up Oracle back to normal as soon as possible. Please...... Thank you very much in advance
