Re: get error installing oracle (Newbie ) Can anyone help

Thanks for the Info. Had not looked at generic kernel patch on the test box. Will try this. But unfortunaltely cannot upgrade the test box to Solarris 8 ( would like to) as we have too much development work/other systems on that box.
