Ivo,
This sounds a lot like a problem we had. I don't know the cirumstances that led up to it, but we ended up with an unusable table. When we tried to drop it, we got a similar ORA-00600 error. We called Oracle Support and they told us an enrty in the data dictionary got corrupted. They gave us the fix. It seemed painless, and faced with the prospect of doing a full restore anyhow, we gave it a try. It took about two minutes and everything was fixed. I don't have the solution anymore, but would suggest trying Oracle Support. They do help sometimes.
