And of course is was true no matter what geographical location you are in, what hardware you run as standard, what the expertise of your talent pool, and no matter what size or type of database application, and whether hosting on the web, N-tier, or stand-alone.

If your analysis of the article is correct it was either written by someone with a bias or a lack of gray matter.

No single product is best in all situation any more than a hammer is the only tool you need in your toolbox.
