Connnect to Management Server

Hi,

I am new to oracle and have just installed oracle 8.1.7 Personal Edition. I followed the instruction and successfully installed and created a database without any error. I have installed the management server as well. But every time I use the Administration tools like Instance Manager or Schema Manager, it ask me if I am connection directly to a database or Login to the Oracle Management Server. I can correctly connected to the database directly but just fail to connect to the Oracle Management Server. What password and username should I use in order to connect to the Oracle Management Server ?
