What is the problem with the path? Evidently there are executables with identical names, and Oracle 8.1.6 doesn't seem to support jdk 1.3, as your jre11 directory is evidently based on jdk 1.1.x (most likely .7 or .8) You need to find out which version of jdk Oracle 8.1.6 supports, I'm almost sure 1.3 is just too new.
