If you dont have Designer you may download free copy of ER Diagrammer Light
or ER Diagrammer from
www.keeptool.com
. I guess this is a free trial version that I downloaded and I can generate
ER Diagrams.
But obviously if your org. can afford to buy Oracle Designer it is a woth
while investment.
