Oracle 8.1.7 64-bit version ?

Hi,

We are running AIX 4.3.3 (maintenance level 8). The server has 2 GB RAM. We would like to install Oracle 8.1.7 Enterprise Edition.

I've three questions:
Should we install the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version of Oracle 8.1.7 ? Are there any known severe restrictions or bugs concerning the 64-bit version ?
Are there any advantages, using the 64-bit version ?

Furthermore:
Is it recommended installing SAP R/3 together with Oracle 8.1.7 64-bit version ?
