Not that I am aware of. And if you got one there would be two things you would need to concern yourself with.

  1. Cost ... it would be very expensive.
  2. You wouldn't learn a darned thing.

Open up a SQL*Plus session, create some tables, indexes, and constraints and start banging in records the old fashioned way ... the way where you actually have a learning experience.
