One comment:

If the particular datafile is small - drop the tablespace and leave the dead datafile alone (don't re-use the space) Re-create the tablespace with a datafile with a different name (or rename the old datafile as 'has_corrupt_blocks.ded' and leave it dead, like an old tractor in the field.
