You need to go to the equivalent on your machine of c:\oracle\ora81\network\admin and look into the file tnsnames.ora

or

ask someone else where you work. There is no other way.

If the tnsnames file does not have a listing for your current instance you need to use the Net8 assistant or some other tool to create an appropriate entry ... in which case you can call it anything you wish.
