I just checked... svrmgrl works at the C: prompt on my Personal Oracle8i Win98 (8.1.5). (No... that's not the only platform I work on!) As for Enterprise Manager, I believe Jerry is right, that hasn't been ported to 98... and I doubt it will be. This includes DBA Studio.

I've heard that server manager will really be discontinued in 9i and we'll have to use SQL*Plus.
