Did you perchance follow the link ? XML doesn't have a schema (actually it does but that is far too esoteric), but he is definately trying to convert an XML Schema :-)

Anyhow - to the original poster - have a look at the beta XML Schema processors available for download at http://technet.oracle.com/tech/xml/
