How to close an open database link ?

Hi,



I've two questions concerning database links:



    
  
  1.   How can I determine all open database links of all sessions in the
database ?
  
  2.   Is there a statement which can be used for closing an open database link
of a specific session (i.e. not my own session, but an open database link in
another user's session) ?
