The attached JPG made it here. The message you are getting is an archive log error, saying that it can't allocate a log. The error is repeated three times. I don't know if its because you hit enter twice before taking the screen shot or you are trying to archive to three locations.
Check to make sure that there actually is disk space at where ever the LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST parameters in your INIT.ora file are pointing to. If that doesn't clear up your problem, try the recommendations made by others regarding your rollback segments.
