Unable to start 8i ver.8.1.7 installation on Win 2000 Advanced server

After initiating installation Jrew.exe and Setup.exe flicker for a second
(in the task mgr.) and than fade away. Could it be a hardware issue? I'm
trying to install it on a P-4 box with 128MB's of RDRAM and plenty of disk
space.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
