Unistalling.. _ HELP!!!!

Can any one help me with the unistalling..?!!!

What do you guys understand from this message?? I couldn't get anything out of it!

It is therefore not possible to remove Oracle8 Navigator. Please restore the binding for 'MSHELP' by adding a line that begins with 'MSHELP=' in '$ORACLE'.

I have tried to create a System Variable's called & with value:

NAV8 =f:\OraLite\Ora81

ORACLE =NAV8=f:\OraLite\Ora81
ORACLE ='NAV8=f:\OraLite\Ora81'
ORACLE =NAV8=f:\OraLite\Ora81
ORACLE =NAV8
